Michael Tomczak: Director, Media & Artist Relations @the_orchard_

Michael Tomczak spent the start of 2026 cementing his reputation as a PR powerhouse after establishing The Orchard’s first in-house publicity service. This quarter, he led the U.S. breakout for RAYE (including the Platinum hit "WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!") and steered the campaign for Jill Scott’s #1 comeback album. Looking ahead, Michael is diving into RAYE’s sophomore album launch and stadium tour, alongside upcoming projects for Adam Lambert.

Kyle Andrew Viti: Director, Marketing & Digital @atlanticrecords

In Q1, he led the marketing for the Wuthering Heights soundtrack and is now pivoting toward a specialized theatrical and streaming strategy for A24’s The Moment.


Rose Garcia & Bella Barkow: Owner / Operator @thedinahshore

Bella Barkow has reached a career milestone by officially becoming the owner and operator of The Dinah. As the leader of the world’s largest music festival for queer women, Bella is currently focused on evolving the festival's footprint and continuing its legacy as a cornerstone of LGBTQ+ music culture.

Gui Morais: Manager, A&R and Business Development @symphonicdistro

Gui Morais has had a prolific start to the year, representing Symphonic at GRAMMY Week and serving as a guest lecturer at LIPA and the "Your Roots Are Showing" conference in Ireland. Gui has been instrumental in signing international talent like Julio Secchin and Lebeey, while managing global campaigns for Amber Run and Wande Coal. He is currently returning to his roots in music production through a new international collaborative project.

Hana Braverman: Marketing Manager, Dance & Electronic @fuga

Dessi Nitti: Artist Strategist @rocnation

Dessi’s upcoming work centers on the intersection of music and fashion, seeking to expand the cultural footprint of her roster through innovative lifestyle collaborations.

Gabriela Gironas: Sr. Director, Creator Strategy @wasserman

A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Gabriela Gironas is operating at peak impact, leading creator strategy for global giants like Google Play and Samsung. Beyond their role at Wasserman, Gabriela was selected as a 2026 Obama Foundation USA Leader and serves as a Governor for The Recording Academy's LA Chapter. Nico Delle Femine: AVS Manager, Conflicts @downtownmusic
